Tour Plan
Meet at Ouarzazate hotel / Airport. Short Tour of Ouarzazate and travel to Skoura. This route is known as the road of Thousand Kasbah, the latter is a citadel with unique architecture. The kasbahs stretch near Skoura town and you have a chance to visit a very good and wel maintained Kasbah: The amredil Kasbah.
Your adventure continues through Skoura, and Kelaa M’gouna, culminating in a serene first-night stay amid the verdant embrace of the rose valley or the tranquil Dades valley. Overnight at hotel in Dades valley.
Right after breakfast, our journey leads us along the road of a thousand and one Kasbahs, unveiling numerous Ksours along the way. Our destination is Tinghir, renowned for its exquisite silver jewelry and the awe-inspiring Todgha gorges. A leisurely twenty-minute stroll awaits, offering a breath of fresh air and panoramic views of the palm groves adorning the Todgha River’s banks. Our route persists through Tinjdad to Erfoud, a haven for diverse fossils. En route, we explore an ancient subterranean oasis irrigation system. After a delightful lunch, we proceed to Merzouga, passing through Rissani. Here, a friendly camel exchange ushers in a unique experience – spending the night beneath a nomadic wool tent. Indulge in a delectable chicken Tajine dish and the soulful melodies of desert music, all amidst the heart of the Sahara’s captivating embrace.
We depart to the little town os Sidi Ali. We follow the unpaved road from Taouss crossing dried rivers and rocky plates where fossils and found. We enjoy the scenic desert views and stop to have our picnic lunch under an acacia tree. We reach the little African village of Ramlia where we make a visit to a Berber family and have tea with them. We visit the little oasis of palm trees where people cultivate the vegetables. We meet friendly people from the countryside. Later on, we dive on a dry River of Oued Rhris and reach Fougani where you will have a pleasant stay at the hotel.
Depart to Ouarzazate after breakfast. Start the journey from Fogani to Alnif and further to Nekoub where you will have a pause for lunch.
we traverse towards the Draa valley, adorned with its breathtaking palm groves. The road leads us through Ait Saouen village and guides us past the striking black mountains of the inactive volcano in the Anti-Atlas range. Upon reaching Ouarzazate, we check into the hotel, where comfort and relaxation await.
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to Ouarzazate airport. End of the Tour.
