Tour Plan
In the morning, we’ll pick you up from your Fes hotel to start our journey. Our first stop is Imouzzar, a charming town nestled in the Middle Atlas Mountains. Enjoy the scenic views of the Sais plain from this vantage point.
Next, we’ll visit Ifrane, a picturesque summer resort with a European flair, featuring slanted roofs to combat snowstorms. Don’t miss the chance to take some photos in the beautiful cedar forest, home to a group of Barbary apes.
Continuing our trip, we’ll pass through Errachidia, enjoying lunch along the way. As we drive through the Ziz valley’s palm groves, we’ll eventually reach Erfoud, a gateway to the breathtaking Erg Chebbi sand dunes.
Once we arrive near Merzouga, we’ll switch from the car to camels for a unique desert experience. The camel trek will take around 1 hour to reach our desert camp. Don’t worry about your luggage; it will be safely transported to the camp by car.
Upon reaching the camp, take some time to explore the stunning dunes, capture the sunset in your photographs, and relax with a cup of tea. After a delicious dinner at the camp, you can join in on the campers’ joyous drum music session or immerse yourself in the tranquil silence of the desert. Enjoy a refreshing shower before settling in for a good night’s sleep under the starry desert sky.
Rise early to capture the mesmerizing sunrise with stunning desert vistas. After breakfast, embark on a camel trek back to town, where we’ll continue our journey by jeep to the Todgha Gorges.
On our way, we may have the chance to visit the vibrant Souk in Rissani if it coincides with the market day.
Once we arrive at the Todgha Gorges, take your time to marvel at the breathtaking scenery, with water flowing through the canyons and surrounded by beautiful gardens. After a satisfying lunch, we’ll head to the picturesque Dades Valley, making stops to savor the scenic beauty along the way.
As the evening sets in, we’ll reach our destination and check into the comfortable hotel Dar Essyaha or View Chateau, where you can relax and unwind after an eventful day.
Today, we set off towards Ouarzazate, taking the picturesque Road of Thousand Kasbahs. Along the way, we’ll pass through Kelaa Mgouna and Skoura village, surrounded by lush palm groves. Ouarzazate, known for its tranquil ambiance and significant role in the cinema industry, serves as a gateway between the mountains and the Sahara Desert.
Our next stop is the fascinating Ait Ben Haddou Ksar, home to the most captivating Kasbah in Morocco and a famous filming location for movies like Gladiator. This site holds UNESCO World Heritage status, recognizing its cultural significance.
After a delightful lunch, we continue our journey through the scenic Tichka Pass (2260M), offering enchanting views of the Berber landscapes. As the early evening approaches, we arrive in the vibrant city of Marrakech. We’ll drop you off at your Riad, and we hope you have a wonderful stay in this magical city.
