We reach the blue pearl of Morocco, Chefchaouen where we check into the hotel. Later on, take a free evening to see the beautiful blue walled houses and take a wander in the medina. Enjoy seeing locals in the Souk selling things brought from the countryside.

Morning departure to Meknes. We take the time to visit the Roman ruins that are called Volubilis and move to Meknes.
Meknes is another Moroccan imperial city like Rabat. It consists of two towns; the old section called the medina and the new section or the French town. The city was the capital of the Sultan Moulay Ismail during the 17 century. The high walls are obviously seen and are taken as defensive walls against the invader’s attack.
Guided visit of Meknes includes Moulay Ismail mausoleum, the basin Swani, the Jewish cemetery and the old stores for cultivated cereals in the nearby lands. Later on, we take the one hour drive to the nearby city of Fes. Check into a Riad in the medina
Fes, also spelled Fez is the first Moroccan imperial city. It holds a wealth of attractions and known as the religious & spiritual centre of Morocco. The University of Karaouiyne is the only old operating university since the year of 859. Hiring an informative local guide in Fes is essential to have a complete visit.
The journey will be inaugurated by a visit of royal palace main gate, next into the quarter of natural handmade ceramics and poetry where you experience artifacts. You move with your guide to explore the leather treatment area called the tanneries and the vibrant alleys of Fes el Bali (the old Fes). Other attractions may include a visit to Bouanania Madrasa.
The bustling streets of the medina will bring you back to the medieval era. You see artisans and their products from slippers, Jellabas, and jewelry…

After breakfast, we depart to Merzouga. On the road we cross several Berber towns: Imouzzèr a small town that gives out to Sais plains, then Ifrane a summer resort town in the Middle Atlas Mountains. Ifrane is nicknamed the Switzerland of Africa dues its house’s rooves. After a short stop, continue via Azrou Cedar forest that stretches in the middle Atlas Mountains and where some animal species are surviving such as monkeys! Don’t miss a picture of the barbary apes in this area!
Later on, you’ll arrive and stop in Midelt for lunch. In the afternoon, we carry on to the Southern Morocco crossing the high Mountains and enjoying the drive along the valley of ziz with millions of palm trees.
We cross Erfoud town and we reach the little town of Merzouga. Check into the hotel. Dinner & breakfast
Today is an easy day in Sahara with less diving than the rest of journeys. After breakfast, You’ll be taken around Merzouga and enjoy some off road to visit isolated nomad families who still graze their herds in the desert.
See the palm dates Oasis of Merzouga with it old irrigation system called Khettara, Listen to Gnaoua Music with Pegeons of sands association, have tea with a nomad family. Visit some abandoned mines and take a break for lunch.
In the evening from the nearby dunes, we start the camel trek. Possible for an arranged Trek to the camp or a jeep transfer over the sand dunes. Welcoming tea, dinner and star gazing!
Time to enjoy some music at the Camp played on drums by the guys at the camp. Sleep well!
In order to take lovely pictures, you will be awaken before sunrise (optional). Then have breakfast. We depart to Dades Valley, and stop in Rissani to have a visit of the local Market. We cross Erfoud and we end up in Todgha Gorges for lunch. We devote some time to walk among the cliffs of Todgha gorges and along the Todgha River where we exchange the heat of the Sahara desert with the cool weather of the Atlas Mountains. We keep moving to Boumalne Dades town for an overnight stay.
After breakfast, we drive to Marrakech. On the way we cross the town of roses called El Kelaa Mgouna where the festival of roses is taken place every year. We drive through Ouarzazate to Ait Benhadou Village where we visit the famous Kasbah of Ait Benhadou which is declared a world heritage by the UNESCO and where many movies have been shot, to mention a few the Gladiatot, lawrence of Arabia and so on. After lunch we drive the rest of our way to Marrakech via the tichka Pass(2260m). Arrival in Marrakech in the early evening. Check into the hotel.
Breakfast at the hotel. and then start a walking tour with a local guide to see Marrakech attractions.
Enjoy the sights of Marrakech. Visit monuments such as Bahia Palace and Madrasa Ben Youssef.
Wander in the old city and enjoy the busiest streets with bazars, shops of every kind of items.
See the Main Square called Jamaa el Fna, and the exterior of koutoubia Mosque.
Free evening to see the vibrant Jamaa el Fna Square and taste fresh orange jus. You may wish to see the gardens or enjoy one of activities such as Hamam, cooking lessons…or just navigate more of the Souk ( traditional market) at your own pace.
After breakfast, we start our 3 hours drive to Essaouira. The Unesco city has the old quarter, the Saqala, the small harbor and the tasty fish food. We reach Essaouira and we check in. Later on, we take a guided visit of the medina including a lunch time. Later, have a free time to walk along the beach and the rest of the time is at leisure. At the evening, we collect you and travel back to Marrakech.
It is possible to stay in Marrakech that day and explore more of Marrakech at your own pace.
At the right time, we pick you up from the hotel to Casablanca airport for your fly back home. End of the 11 days Tour from Casablanca and thank you for coming to Morocco.
