Day1:Casablanca-Rabat-Chefchaouen

Arrival to Mohamed V Airport. Greetings and start the 11 days tour from  Casablanca. This city is the economic capital of Morocco. In Casablanca we visit the Hassan II Mosque and the city centre like the Mohamed V & Nations’ Squares. We continue to Rabat. The later- the political capital of Morocco- is elegant, modern and spacious. Sightseeing includes the kasbah of Oudaya, the Hassan tower and the walled quarter. After lunch, we drive to Chefchaouen.
Check into the hotel.

Day2:Chefchaouen-Volubilis-Meknes

Free morning in Chefchaouen to experience the blue city with a wander between alleys and shadows. After lunch in Chefchaouen, the 4 hours drive takes us South to Meknes along the enclosed valleys of the Rif Mountains including pictures of lovely landscapes. We arrive in Meknes around 18h, and check into the hotel.

Day3:Meknes-Fez

After Breakfast, we make a short tour of Meknes with a local guide targeting historical sites such as the medina, The 17 century Mausoleum of the Sultan Moulay Ismail, the rampart, the ancient cereal stores. Later, we leave for the Volubilis: an ancient Roman sites turned to be ruins. After lunch & visit, we go to Fez. Check into the hotel.

Day4:Fez sightseeing

Fez, also Fes is the first Moroccan imperial city. It holds a wealth of attractions and described as the spiritual centre of Morocco. Hiring a local guide in Fez is essential to have a complete visit. Along with a local guide, you start the journey with a glimpse on façades of the Royal palace with nice pictures of the colorful main entrance. We move on to the ceramics and poetry to see the handmade artifacts. You continue with your guide to explore the ancient tanneries where leather is cleaned and manufactured. After lunch, you’ll wander in the bustling streets of the Medina where merchants open their shops. After an active journey we take you back to the hotel.

Day5: Fez –Ifrane-Cedar forest-Midelt-Erfoud-Merzouga

After breakfast, we set off for the small town of Merzouga. Along the way, we cross several Berber towns: Imouzzèr a small town that gives out to Sais plains, then Ifrane a summer resort town at the edge of the Middle Atlas Mountains. We drive to Azrou Cedar forest for monkey pictures and then to Midelt for lunch.
In the afternoon, we carry on to Merzouga through Errachidia, Erfoud and Rissani. We reach Merzouga at the evening.

Day6:Merzouga sightseeing

Today’s plan reconciles with Fez Merzouga long drive. Time will be devoted to explore Merzouga and its suburbs. We tour the Sandy dunes of Erg Chebbi that stretches in the Sahara desert on 59 km long and 7 km width. It is a gift from nature! It inspires locals and guests with it high sandy dunes. We visit a local association for the African music called Gnaoua. The plan includes driving on open spaces and the Serij lake (if the saison is a rainy one). At the afternoon, we change the car with friendly camels to ride on to the middle of the sandy dunes where the tented camp is located. After an hour camel trek, you reach an ocean of sand dunes, Yes, this is Sahara!. You’ll spend the night under equipped tent and have dinner under tents or on open air.
You experience the peaceful area; you go sand boarding and take pictures of a spectacular sunset. Dinner and breakfast are at the camp.

After dinner, possibility to listen to local music played by the Guys running the camp. Enjoy music under a blanket of stars!

Day7:Merzouga – Todgha gorges_the rose’s valley

Wake up for a spectacular sunrise pictures and breakfast, and then ride your camel back to the village. We set off for the town of Kelaa Mgouna on the direction to Marrakech. Few hours’ drive takes us to the stunning Todgha Gorges where the cliffs rise up to 160 meters high, narrowing to 10 meters width in some places. The fresh sub ground water flows down for valley’s irrigation . After lunch, we move to Dades valley stretching long from North to the West with brick mud & cement houses along the road till El Kelaa Mgouna where we join the rose’s valley till our hotel. The later has a panoramic view on the Assif Mgoun (River Mgoun). Check into the hotel.

Day8:Kelaa Mgouna – Marrakech

Morning departure from the hotel along Assif Mgoun till El Kelaa Mgouna. We move on along the Oasis of Skoura till Ouarzazate. You take the time to take pictures of the Taourirt Kasbah and the Atlas studio for cinema under your interest. We go to Ait Benhaddou to visit one of the most impressive Kasbah (fort) in the Southern Morocco. The site consists of collective habitats representing the style of architecture in the south and is used for many movies like the gladiator and the game of thrones. After lunch, we drive along the Tizi N Tichka (Tichka pass) to Marrakech with stops for lovely sceneric pictures. Check into the hotel.

Day9:Marrakech sightseeing tour

Today will be dedicated to explore the ochre city of Marrakech. Historical visit of Marrakech will include Lmnara, a magnificiant pool surrounded by flowers. Other impressive sights such as the koutoubia( the twin tower of Giralda in Sevilla, Spain). We visit The Saadiaan tombs demonstrating Moorish architecture in its perfection and the Bahia palace.
Evening drums will grab you to the Djemaa El Fna (main city square). It’s a festival , with snake charmers, Berber and Gnoua musicians, and storytellers illuminated by lamplight and wreathed in smoke. Food stalls on the square sell fresh salads, soups, fried fish and chips, chicken and beef kebabs and even boiled snails or sheep’s head. Finish it off with a glass of sweet cinnamon tea. Stay in Marrakech riad in the heart of the medina.

Day10:Marrakech – Essaouia-Marrakech

This itinerary combines the mysterious allure of Marrakech and the relaxed coastal vible of Essaouira. After breakfast we will drive to the coast to visit Essaouira, a protected town by the UNESCO. This town reflects the character of Portuguese settlers of the 16th century, and it’s famous for its fine handicrafts, and silver threads. You have the chance to taste fresh fish and stroll in its alleys before driving back to Marrakech.

Day11:Marrakech-Casablanca

Airport transfer depends on your departure time. Farwell and fly home safely!
